Terms & Conditions
The terms governing your purchase and use of Guide Crafted digital guides.
Last updated: 5 June 2026
These Terms & Conditions govern your purchase and use of digital guides from Guide Crafted. By placing an order you agree to them.
1. Who we are
Guide Crafted is operated by Louis Verbeke (sole trader / eenmanszaak — student entrepreneur), based in Belgium (registered address available on request), company number 1037.679.373, VAT BE1037679373 (VAT-exempt). Contact: support@guidecrafted.com. See our Legal Notice for full details.
2. Products and pricing
We sell digital PDF guides. All prices are shown in euros (EUR) and include VAT where applicable. The price valid at the time of your order applies. We may change prices at any time, but changes do not affect orders already placed.
3. The contract
A binding contract is formed when we confirm your order by email. We may refuse or cancel an order in cases of suspected fraud, payment failure, or obvious pricing errors.
4. Delivery
Guides are delivered as a download link by email immediately after payment is confirmed — see Delivery. There is no physical shipment.
5. Right of withdrawal and refunds
Our 14-day money-back guarantee applies as long as you have not yet downloaded the guide; once the download begins the purchase is final. Your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal and the full details are described in our Refund & Right of Withdrawal policy.
6. Licence and acceptable use
Your guide is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use. You may read and print it for yourself. You may not resell, redistribute, publish, or share it publicly. We retain all intellectual property rights.
7. Disclaimer
Our guides provide general information on health, nutrition, fitness, and everyday life. They are not medical, legal, or professional advice and do not replace consultation with a qualified professional. Always seek professional advice before making significant changes, especially regarding your health.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including your mandatory rights as a consumer.
9. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by Belgian law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence. The European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform is available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. You may also contact us first at support@guidecrafted.com — we prefer to resolve issues directly.
10. Changes
We may update these terms; the version in force at the time of your order applies to that order.
