Refund & Right of Withdrawal

We sell digital products (PDF guides) that are delivered immediately by download. This page explains when a refund is possible, how your statutory right of withdrawal applies, and how to cancel online.

Our 90-day money-back guarantee (before download)

We back every guide with a voluntary 90-day money-back guarantee: as long as you have not yet downloaded the guide, email guidecrafted@gmail.com within 90 days of purchase with your order number and we'll refund the full amount to your original payment method. This is a commercial promise we offer on top of your legal rights below.

Sale and discounted items: the voluntary 90-day guarantee does not apply to products bought at a reduced or promotional price. This does not affect your statutory rights described below.

Once you've downloaded the guide

Because a PDF guide is digital content that you keep permanently, the purchase is final once you start the download. At that point the product has been delivered in full and is no longer returnable, so a refund is no longer possible.

Your statutory right of withdrawal (14 days)

Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive you normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase without giving a reason. For digital content delivered immediately, this right ends as soon as the download begins, provided that at checkout you:

1. expressly consented to immediate delivery, and
2. acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.

You give this consent by ticking the confirmation box at checkout (it is never pre-ticked). While you have not yet downloaded the guide, your 14-day right of withdrawal remains and you are entitled to a full refund — this applies even to discounted items, because statutory rights cannot be waived.

How to cancel or withdraw

You can cancel or withdraw online, without an account or login, using our Cancel / withdraw order form: enter your order details and confirm. You can also send your withdrawal notice by email to guidecrafted@gmail.com with your order number.

Something wrong with your order?

If you were charged incorrectly, received the wrong product, or your download link never worked, this policy does not affect your statutory rights — email guidecrafted@gmail.com with your order number and we'll put it right.
